Why should you be unbanned?
Well, I was banned for "racism" because someone recorded me saying nigga and nigger. No I'm not denying saying that I did but the rules specifically state for racism

• "Racism. Racial slurs or stereotypes are not allowed."

You'd have to assume I was muted for saying that, considering no stereotype was said. However, I am black as most regulars who play zombies know this. Whether you wanna say what I said was racist or a racial slur was against the rules is simply not true. I'm assuming I was muted in the first place because the person who muted me doesn't know what being racist is or what a racial slur is so I'll copy and paste the definition.

Racial slurs: "often called racial epithets, are words or phrases that refer to members of racial and ethnic groups in a derogatory manner. Slurs and all other forms of racial defamation dehumanize targeted groups and justify racial oppression by suggesting that targeted populations are unworthy of equality"
Only half of that really needs to be said, but I figured I'd show the entire paragraph just to back my point more of me not being racist.

Racism: "prejudice, discrimination, or antagonism by an individual, community, or institution against a person or people on the basis of their membership in a particular racial or ethnic group, typically one that is a minority or marginalized."
In case you don't know what some of those words mean, there's a link that will take you to the definition of them. However as you can clearly see I did none of the above.
I based my thesis on the premise that I was muted/gagged for "Racism." however I've concluded from the evidence the player put forth and of my own omission that what I said in no context/definition was racism. Therefore I have broken no tos/rules and would request to be unmuted and if you are offended by me using this terminology you should take a history lesson and look at the number of people that used to abuse that word mentally and to discriminate against my relatives and me which they still do to this day and I'll say it as much as I want till it becomes against the rules for me to say it.

A common argument that we hear from people using certain words, like the n-word or f-slur, is that the person who says it identifies as a specific race and/or sexual orientation. The argument they make is that they should be allowed to say it because it is culturally appropriate.

The issue is that we have no way of knowing and we’re not in the business of verifying these possibilities. The other issue is that many people that do use words, like the n-word or f-slur, will falsely claim that they identify as a specific race or sexual orientation, to use these slurs for hate-speech.

To make things fair, clean, and safe for everyone, the best way is not to allow anyone to use these words.

So to be clear, it doesn’t matter what the reason, who a person is, or how they identify, these words are not allowed - period.

A definition from encyclopedia.com... you didnt mention the line further down the page, I quote:

"Other examples of racial slurs commonly used in the United States include nigger, wetback, coolie, kike, and dago."

And from the rules that you so dilligently pointed out

"Racism. Racial slurs or stereotypes are not allowed."

Conclusion: that particular word you used is defined as a racial slur, the rules say racial slurs are not allowed, therefore you broke the rules. Note how it doesn't say "unless you're black" as that would be blatant discrimination.

I agree with the argument you are making - however, the rules don't say no one can use them (if they did I wouldn't), they just say "Racist and racism isn't allowed" and my pfp is a cartoon iteration of me, something not only this unique as my pfp but also me stating in the video that I am black, I believe it'd be an easy conclusion that I am thus why it'd be appropriate to say.

I'm assuming you were trying to sound smart? But the quote you gave "Other examples of racial slurs" It's defined as a racial slur based on the context. If you had read the definition of a racial slur you would know this. I've taken all my ap college English classes for med school. If you're going to try to argue with me about my own statements, can you at least read all of what I say, and if you did read it all make sure you understand the concept before trying to retort it. Even the last sentence you put "Note how it doesn't say "unless you're black" as that would be blatant discrimination.. " Allow me to reiterate what I've already said "Racial slurs: "often called racial epithets, are words or phrases that refer to members of racial and ethnic groups in a derogatory manner" I've bolded and made the texts bigger to best help you understand what a racial slur is.
