Why should you be unbanned?

During my adolescence, I used to play a lot on your server. However, I have recently noticed that I am no longer able to reconnect. Today, I am reaching out to your support system because I don't understand the reason for the console ban associated with my IP. I haven't used a VPN and haven't made any changes to my IP configuration. I wanted to inquire if there is a way for me to be unbanned or if you could provide an explanation to help resolve this issue.
