Why should you be unbanned?

In Korea, where I live, there are sites that cannot be accessed with a Korean IP. So I downloaded a VPN program called 'ProtonVPN' to access the site with a Korean IP.
The problem started here.
'ProtonVPN' had a function to connect a VPN as soon as the computer started as soon as it started.
I forgot to log in before, so I ended up being permanently banned.
I didn't break the rules until I got permanently banned for this VPN. I'm really sorry if I've broken any rules. I have now deleted this stupid VPN.
