Why should you be unbanned?
Hello, about nearly 3 months ago I was wrongly banned for supposedly circumventing a ban with a new account. I submitted an appeal then and was told off with no chance to defend myself.

I stated in my first appeal I was playing on a wired college dormitory connection to which all residents have access. I've only ever had one account so someone else must've flagged the IP in the building, meaning my account got caught simply because I shared the same origin point and not because I cheated or violated any of your guidelines. I'm not sure how I could prove this but I'm happy to provide any information to help.

I am submitting a new appeal because I moved back off-campus to a private connection and would like to play on your servers over the summer with my friends. At least hear me out, unlike last time. Thank you
 
Why is everyone banned on that IP also VAC banned?

Also it's not coming up a dormitory IP.
 
I can assure you it is a dormitory IP and can provide proof of my lease and registration at the college if I need to go that far. The way it works there is each floor has its own password-protected wireless connection or wired port. Each floor has roughly 50 people residing on it. As to why "everyone" is VAC banned I have no clue, but I am not VAC banned on Steam so I fail to see an issue with me and more towards the other students on campus
 
Again going on the fact that I've played on Skail for a few months at the beginning of the year without issue I thought would shed some light on the scenario. If I need to avoid connecting to any Skial server on any connection back on campus I can if it helps
