Why should you be unbanned?
Hello Skial, My steam name is 《Unknown》 and I have recently been permanently banned from all the Skial servers for such a simple mistake. The mistake I made was using a conscientious objector with a Nazi Swastica on it and I only have myself to blame for using it. I joined a Skial server today and I got permanently banned with no warning. I wish that was warned so I could have immediately stopped using the offensive objector. I am not a racist person and I do not have evil intentions. If I would have known that using my offensive objector can get me banned, I would have never equipped it in the first place. I have witnessed many other players using offensive objectors. I also have seen a few other players using a Swastica on their conscientious objectors. So I genuinely thought that using any kind of objector would never get me in trouble. This is why I started using my offensive objector a few days ago. I now know that offensive objectors can get me punished and I will never use my offensive objector in any TF2 community server again. Skial servers are my favorite since they are the most popular community servers in TF2. I have been playing on these servers for a few years now and I am currently sad about not being able to play on them anymore. The name of the Skial admin that banned me is Kalashnikov and I understand that he or she is only trying to do their job. I would like somebody else to tell Kalashnikov that I am sorry for making him or her upset. Thank you for reading this appeal and I appreciate your help.
 
You have been issued both a permanent ban and permanent silence.

The permanent ban is for the swastika objector. Sometimes this is reduced to appeals depending on several factors (i.e. player's past infraction history).

The permanent silence is for a lengthy history of communication violations. These are the silences issued by admins (player votes for racism/spam were not counted): 4x for racism, 3x for text/voice spam

Based on your lengthy history, it's hard to trust that you learned your lesson. You've been breaking the rules for the past 3 years, with increasing communication silence lengths (the most recent was 2 months), and yet you continue to break the rules. Even if your ban gets reduced, lifting/reducing your permanent communication silence is not realistic.

I agree with you that the permanent communication ban is deserved and makes sense since I was being an edgy idiot but all of this evidence is only text chat and voice chat. Permanent Bans are usually only reserved for people who sabotage the server gameplay itself. I am talking about hackers, cheat client users, and people who use sprays to lag the server. I have done none of those things and never will since those actions are way worse than mine. But my actions were bad and I agree absolutely agree with the permanent communication ban. It does suck that I can not talk to anyone but I am ok with that since everybody deserves to face the consequences of their actions. The permanent player ban seems to be kinda extreme considering that I am not a direct threat to the well-being of the modded server itself. The reason why I have been doing this stuff lately is that I was not aware of the 4x racism and 3x text/voice spam. I also did not know that everything you say is tracked like this either. I wish I knew all of that because I know I would have never said any of this unfunny trash talk. I am a dumb person with an IQ of 75 {no joke} but I am not dumb enough to continue being reckless while knowing that any admin can see everything you say or do. Most other servers do not track anything like this or maybe they all do and I am just an unaware moron like I was with Skial. Anyway, actions speak louder than words so you have no idea if I can be trusted playing on the server with a permanent communication ban until you give me a second chance. You can make the player a temporary ban as long as you want I just want it to be a temporary player ban and not a permanent one. Thank you for showing me this compelling evidence I have seriously decided to stop acting like this on all the TF2 servers I play on. It actually scares me that anyone can dig up any bad stuff you say or do. If you do not believe me I understand that mindset since I did make myself look really terrible.
 
I have read all these rules and I acknowledge that I understand every single word the rules say. If I ever break these rules on purpose I deserve to receive a permanent player ban for all Skial servers no matter what.
 
Ok, thank you for giving me a second chance I know you probably hate me, which makes sense, but I like you. Kalashnikov, you are a great TF2 admin and you have my respect. Most importantly keep fighting the good fight and never give up.
