Will you get mad if you lose admin?:So long as I can still use voting to mute spammers or temp-ban hackers, I won't mind.

Any other reason you should be admin:Nothing I can think of, besides that I just wish to streamline the process of handling spammers, hackers, and antagonistic trolls in skial servers that I frequent. Votemuting doesn't always work for obvious reasons, and I don't want to just mute them personally because there are still people who refuse to but still feel annoyed by the spammers.. Plus half the time I play past midnight there can be as many as 4 spammers all at the same time, and at that point even if I personally muted them all, most of the server won't, and I can't really enjoy voice chat if nobody can hear me past all the yelling and music and racial slurs.
It's better to just discourage them entirely rather than ignoring them whilst they bug other people..
As for spotting hackers, I do report them, and on a good day, I can get the server's cooperation to vote ban them for 30 minutes, but that's obviously not a permanent fix.. I wish to have admin powers simply to make both my, the servers, and other staff's life a little easier.
I am not short-tempered, nor do I suspect someone of hacking until I've got more than enough personal evidence. The main intention I have for using admin powers to kick/mute/ folks, would be when I hear someone spamming music, or racial slurs in voice chat. Just yelling a lot isn't what I'd consider an offense unless they did it non-stop for over 5 minutes, when it's completely confirmed that their intent is solely to grab attention and/or annoy folks.
I will continue to report abusers and rule breakers and use the vote system to flush out trolls and spammers regardless if I don't get admin powers, I just think it'd be a bit easier to get that work done if I had them. Not to mention just my presence in the server with those powers would likely quell a lot of potential nonsense..
I don't think I'd use any other admin powers, and I definitely wouldn't flex or gloat about having them.. I'd be happy if I never needed to use them at all, but it'd make things easier if I did have them when troublemakers pop up.

Mic-spam (Music, or other loud non-stop audio) - Mute/gag
Racial Slurs in voice chat - First a mute, then if they continue the same behaviour in chat, a kick. After that, a temp-ban.
Obvious aimbots/hacking - Perma-ban
Suspected aimbots/hacking with lack of hard evidence, but enough to conclude they are achieving unanimously suspicious results with their performance - First a kick, if they return and continue the same behaviour, a 24-hour temp-ban.
