It's a lot to respond to truthfully, so I would rather not dissect each statement.
The questions were based on our experience; furthermore, no bias was tied to the questions. I was thinking of dropping a hint of possibly striking two birds with one stone, if I may reveal. That would be
unfair to past admin applications and potentially more to come. I was not forecasting an immediate response to the third question and was hoping that you could answer it creatively. Maybe refusing to answer some, that is your decision. I will dissect oneeeee thing for comedic value.
That's Jermaphobe's shtick (or Zeo's lol).
You could brainstorm to handle appeals your way. Be creative and think like a teacher, as you have self-proclaimed. Heck if you respond to appeals like corporate jargon, "Unfortunately, after reviewing your appeal,
xyz" that would be a gesture toward a new silly way of handling Skial as a business. That does invite more summarization of that meaning.
* Or in your case, "You will stay expelled." Whatever the formality is with who you are. You could also approve appeals if there is a different approach; there is no wrong answer.
* Skial currently has the luxury to expect the community to adapt to changing business needs. Supply and demand, yap yap yap. Without a community, there would be nothing to administer. Or lead, as I would always refer to because I do not prefer the terminology of "
badmins" existing when it automatically asks for the meaning individually, when it can also vary. They have to lead based on their discretion from the rules while assuring the platform stays intact and aligned.
I appreciate the honesty. There needs to be a portfolio (and/or strategic plan) for building a community. It will reveal multiculturalism, considering that each server operates differently by nature. How would your community reflect on how you led it to become established for Skial? Anyone can make big claims about being involved in responsible occupations. There is more to ownership than having the title. A diligent servant to express.
Getting defensive over
this was not the interpretation of intent. It was highlighted to support the first question of 2Fort servers and your swim lane:
I gave you a chance to discuss expanding 2Fort. I didn't even focus or care on the typo lol. Not sure how else that has been misunderstood.
Otherwise, the intent of asking the questions was to expand understanding in the community. Not to portray states of mind, but to analyze the conversation and for others to formulate their own decisions.
