Will you get mad if you lose admin? I will not, If I lose my admin status there would be a good reasoning behind it.

I'd like to make the server(s) a better place for people to enjoy their stay and continue to come back to the servers. Without cheaters, racist, etc..

Currently I'm unemployed and I'm a lot of hours on the server. I am looking for a job, but even with a job I'm still able to hop on the servers during the day.

I'm 20 years old currently living in the Netherlands. I've been an Admin before on the PBFortress server for 1-2 years when it was very active, I've learned how to use "admin powers" and I've got plenty of experience with the powers.

I've gotten to know a lot of people on the PAYLOAD server, where I've made a ton of new friends over the past months.

Wether you’re joking or not, I don’t feel like you really want to be a admin to help mod the servers. Just Looking at your chat logs can show. Saw you deleted your post and I have this ready

That was purely a joke, I could understand it looks bad. It was a joke reply to someone on the server.

I could understand if you deny me for those actions.

My other post must of been deleted by accident, never intended to delete that post.

Even as a joke, you have to be aware that when you’re applying for a admin, your chat has to be clean from any other that negative stuff. Also making a lot of reports as well helps boosts your changes while having a clean chat. That’s the first then people look into, chat logs. As well as any history of punishments.

Getting admin for Skial isn't easy considering what Feral said, and as well that Admin for Skial is universal for all Skial servers not just the one you're applying for, so it's best to work on yourself a bit more on the server, and as well try out other skial servers to understand a bit more.

I don't mind playing on the other servers, but I enjoy Payload the most out of all on them, since I'm ranked okay, and enjoy climbing up in the rankings. I will checkout the other servers for sure.
 
Ranking doesn't matter since it's just a number in those servers..., experience does as well as friends that take their time to give you positive ratings on the forums to help you out, donating also helps too.

True, but I enjoy getting a better rank, just like others on the server, bit of a personal thing. I understand that donating helps, but imo I find it silly to donate in-order to get a better chance for a position like this.

Far too immature. Claiming to be racist is not admin material. It's fine to make an occasional racist joke (not on skial), but just saying that you hate gay people is not funny, it's just stupid. Clean yourself up and come back later.

I’d say a couple of months for these reasons:
1. Continuing to have a clean chat log shows you have improved throughout the months.
2. if you start making reports, it also help make people say you as a potential admin.
3. Overall working on yourself.

I wouldn’t recommend applying 2 or 3 months after. 4 to 6 months shows about right. I do understand if you won’t want to wait that long.
