Can't update the original post, so I'll address what's changed here:
Playing time on Skial servers. Not TF2 total. 100 hours minimum. 2482:15:44 (20:43:06 AFK)

My playtime is now 2860:48:33 (23:59:44 AFK)

I am a well-known trader and have a lot of reputation (65 +trust on backpack, about $10K+ worth from middlemanning, brokering, doing cash trades etc.)

I now have 72 +trust on backpack, and after I counted up all the cash trades, amount in middleman trades, and amount from brokering, the amount now exceeds $16K

I've known crust for a very long time.
I can vouch for Crust as being a pillar of the trading community. Not only that, but a good representation of what admins and traders should strive towards.
I have had plenty of good experiences with Crust throughout my time knowing him, and I know many others can agree with me on this.
He has been nothing short of reliable, fair, and friendly. He has done very well as an admin in past communities.
Crust would make a great addition to the admin team, I look forward to seeing a decision being made here.

Ok just wanted to clarify the change. My concern is any possible conflict of interest if a person is admin on a competitor TF2 server group.

I wouldn't really have any conflict in interest, as the server I currently staff on is an unusual trading server and Skial is for everything else. While I do have to be on the other server for some things (events, no staff and someone's breaking rules, etc), I would still be spending a lot of time on Skial as I have been, and I would be able to deal with the situations I've been reporting on-the-spot.

Appears to be active with good quality reports. Previous admin experience also useful. Haven't noticed issues.
