Team scrambling broken

Don't know if anybody has mentioned this already, but it looks like team scrambling isn't working at all in at least the US8 server. Not sure what other servers may be experiencing this.

The votescramble works properly, and the votes all go through, but even with 90%+ people voting YES, the teams will not scramble.

I'm assuming a TF2 update may have broken the plugin, since that's really odd behavior for the vote to go through several times but fail to scramble.

Gscramble randomly breaks. I think it is because our servers have been up for too long.

have you guys ever had it were it will vote yes, and they'll scramble, but only 1-2 guys will scramble, no matter how many time you try?
