team fortress 2 frag radio dosent work

i love frag radio, but when i turn it on nothing plays even with the latest flash installed. i dont know what to do. its not on a server but when im playing tf2 on a server(not my server). it works for others but for me i dont know

It depends on whether the plug in gets connection to Frag Radio. You can do nothing about it but wait, and eventually it may start playing if it didn't from the beginning.
You can always type /gs to open the grooveshark plug-in.

but i like frag radio better, played on a server for like 3 hours, nothing

When I do that it screws my ping and my game gets laggy.
