Swaztikas are allowed, there is no hard and fast rule about someones political stance, unless it becomes discriminatory.
Racism is frowned upon from a great height, we ban all players who are racist, but we have to be made aware if an admin is not present.. use the report feature, it works.

I dont ban for nazi flags on sight but i just do !removespray and then warn the person who sprayed it, if they continue then maybe ban

As much as I hate Nazis, I don't feel the spray is inherently racist.
