Approved [surf] Map Suggestion - overcast_v2b

[Chermoil]

This map is a classic tier 1, made by the one and only Egan, creator of venice, Overlook and haloween . This specific version is an update from the original.

Its generally considered a good begginner map, with a memorable jail that has an obby course and a simple surfs good for newbies.

This map should resonate with older players and new due to its nostalgia and approachability.

MASSIVE +1, we have already had our "new map added of the month" (surf_frus_v1b), but I don't see why we can't have this map! Only thing I "dislike" about it is the escape jail message which appears every time you enter.

This was my favorite map on the old combat surf servers. +1 (plus 500, honestly). It's got great design and replayability. The surf is also pretty beginner-accessible.

I have been pestering for this in the surf server for a while; trying to bring us back to the days of the couch sniper room. Miss this surf.
