Scarcely Lethal Noob
my suggestion is. when the server is nearly empty or has a small number of players, no one wants to be the zombie. As a result, the player who becomes a zombie leaves, and then another player is assigned as the zombie, finds it unfair, and also leaves. This cycle continues, causing the server to lose players rapidly.

To improve the experience, I suggest adding a bot to play as the zombie when the server has 15 players or fewer. This way, the gameplay remains enjoyable, and when the server fills up, the bots can disappear. This approach could also benefit the EU server. I've noticed that some players join that EU server to try out certain maps, and when someone becomes a zombie, they're usually friendly, leading to a less engaging experience.

In short, with 15 players on the US server, if 3 players become zombies, two might leave, causing the next person to become the zombie, and the cycle continues until the server empties. The ideal solution would be to have 15 players on the server and 3 bots as zombies. This would keep players from leaving, as playing as a zombie with so few players is not enjoyable.

This strategy could also benefit the EU server. When players join to try specific maps, having a bot as the zombie would encourage them to stay longer, attracting others who prefer the same maps.

I see where you are coming from but doing this on US wouldnt be much useful, i do think eu could benefit from this quite alot but i dont think bottiger will add 2 or 3 bots to the zm team if the server is like under 15 players. If it does that would be good for eu tho. +1

The problem is that bots don't work without a massive amount of changes. You don't seem to have actually tried this out.

You need to manually make nav meshes for every map and anything navigation requires more than pressing W will need to be edited out. Not to mention they are incredibly dumb.
