With the new source engine movie program, Source Filmmaker, coming out in Beta, I would think to suggest of putting a sub-forum under Team Fortress 2 that involves this program. This sub-forum can be used for players who need help or have questions that other experienced players (movie makers) can answer.
It can also be used to post new videos that people have created on this program so that everyone in the Community can see their videos. Maybe even post tutorials (even though there are already some made by the people of SourceFilmMaker Channel on Youtube).
