Approved Suggestion: Add the URL to the AP info thread to the /ap command

Just finished another speech about what AP is and how it works to a few people.

Can we just add a link to the info thread when you type /ap? Or add /apinfo to bring up the thread in a MOTD window? Maybe even just a little blurb covering the basics when the command is typed.

There's more than a bit of confusion from newcomers about AP.

+1. I have to answer the question "how do I spend my AP?" atleast once a day in US22. Even from some longer running regulars.

The amount of people who try to voteban me because of immunity is getting silly.
And the amount of time i waste trying to explain is silly too
