I don't know. I really don't know. I don't like the sound of it though....Upgrading stranges? Pretty vauge. Could boost kill count for shitz n giggles, maybe say, you have a normal equalizer. You use the part on it, it becomes strange? Huh? Wat do indeed.

TF2 isn't focused on gameplay right now. Mostly shit filler untill major releases.
