Problem solved. Steam says flash is not installed when it is.

I recently installed flash( (like a min ago) and steam says I don't have it when I do I installed it while I had steam open is that why or not?.

Dude, fuck flash, delete it or tolorate your pain.

That said, either uninstall it then reinstall it, OR you just uninstall it period.
