If so, can You use one on yourself or can You only use ones on others, because I'd be willing to give someone a Invite for Invite. I hope I can win Deus Ex: Human Revolution. if you mean for registration, then yes
if you mean the giveaways themselves,
then no,
however you CAN make private giveaways
