Starting Tf2

Yea, i kinda need some help starting tf2. It worked earlier today, but won't work now and it's been stucko n the launching window for 17 minutes already. Anyone know what to do?

inb4 restart computer, verify files, reinstall

Every once in a while it does that to me. Just closing out Steam and restarting it fixes it. No need to restart Windows.
