This has been a thing I've wanted on the surf server pretty much ever since the user "trytoaim1" became regular, as he spawn camps a lot and we tried to get him griefing votebanned for it (and a few other, more personal things) even for 30 minutes and he actually got one of us banned, so would it be possible to add a rule against unwanted spawncamping? Possibly for repeated spawncamping without consent of the person you are camping? It's really gotten bad enough with just one guy that I came to the forums to ask this.

It would be impossible to enforce unless someone sat there 24/7. Also, you instaspawn, so honestly spawn camping is pretty hard.
Thing is, he's just covering it up with that. He doesn't own a single strange.
Also, if he did, he should be leveling it up on an idle server where people don't care, not on a game server where people are trying to play.
Christ's sake. Just go Loch N Load and spam it. That thing does enough damage with just one fucking hit, it'll make 98% of spawn campers back off, let alone if you can get a second shot out, or if it's a cursed crit.
