So I collected some Refs recently, I got 8 for now.
Selling 'em for Paypal money, 0.35$ each.
My simple rules:
-Your account must be verified.
-You pay all the fees.
-You will go first, unless we use a trusted Middleman. it doesn't matter if you have more Rep than I do.
-USD Dollars only.
-Funds must be sent through PayPal.
-Funds must be sent as a "gift".
-Traders must not be marked on SteamRep for any Valve or SteamRep reason, including cautions.
-Your backpack and profile must be public.
-You must place this in the message box:
"This is a payment for virtual Team Fortress 2 items to the owner of this Steam account: http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198027499261 . I will not charge back in any event."
In case you don't trust me - I've made some successful Paypal trades before, you can check my steam profile for some +Reps from the people I traded with.
