That hat is themed like the Stormy Salty Dog, Blizz Outdoorsman, Planets Toque and so on. So stop with the theme. Doesn't work with so many new hats since 3+ years ago when you could spin a fitting effect as a theme.

Also, a Skial trader shouldn't be lying about his trade. You didn't sell it for 4 pure. You traded it with a ghosts Spartan for a Burning Jeepcap.

I agree I think themes are horseshit ways to queeze more from your hat
 
How is it not themed? A toque is a cold weather hat, and what does a blizzard mean? Cold weather. Yea, some people really stretch the theme thing thing with the stupid shit they come up with, but this isn't one of them.
