Got my first computer at around 7 years of age, it was a Mac. Ever since, I've been using mac computers, but lately I've noticed the quality of their products being surpassed by Microsoft. So, I thought why not shell out some cash and upgrade.

Now, I know, everyone is going to tell me that building it myself would be better and even cheaper. But, I just would like to see what options I have with buying a pre-made gaming laptop.

So, I've got a budget of around $1300. I'd just like for the laptop to run games smoothly on higher settings. I would hope for it to be a decent size laptop but not huge.

Not so sure what else to say since I've never really bought my own computer.

Be gentle when making fun of my lack of knowledge in computer parts and what-not.

Anyways, thanks! :)

What Ruelel said. Also, there are no "BYI" laptops - they are all "pre-made" :D

Anyhow, HERE is the list of gaming laptops within your price range on Newegg. For this budget you can get desktop 30% more powerful than a laptop.
