Snakewater - Autoscramble doesn't work

edit: it seems like it triggered after 7 wins in a row

edit2:I still think it's a valid complaint considering it takes way too many games to trigger a scramble, and I'm convinced that the team winning 3 times in a row trigger still doesn't work

update: I'm pretty sure it's still broken, after over 5 rounds of blu winning it didnt scramble yet
