I'd very much appreciate a price check on this unusual. I am also wondering if it would be plausible to trade it for a soldier and heavy low-tier unusual. Thank you very much for your assistance.

Of course it's possible to trade it for a low tier Heavy Unusual. Heavy Unusuals are the cheapest unusuals out there.
Soldier unusuals on the other hand are very popular. You might have trouble finding something better than fetti or flies.
