Skial raffle

Has anybody every thought about making a skial only raffle (for example on tf2r.com) ?
Participate could either some "chosen" members or all skial members or in general all tf2 players.
What do you guys think about raffles and by raffles I mean raffles where there is no buy in fee.

The raffle maker can decide how many people could join the raffle (i think it can go from 10 to 2500)

I am still pretty new to skial so I never saw the old forum.
