Declined Skial Middleman

Would it be plausible if skial middleman could trade item for item? I'm sure most of you have experienced time-zone difficulties where one person is always online when the other is not. It would be nice if we could use middleman as a sort of pickup. I'm not entirely sure how it works so I apologize if I made a misunderstanding.

What exactly would that be good for. Time difficulties for selling a normal item? Really? There are so many buyers out there that I don't think you would need a Bot for a normal trade.
