Any way that we can make it so we can use our credit cards on Skial Middleman, and bypass these Dwolla shenanigans?

Yes you use Paxum. Also check Bottiger post in Skial Middleman forums where he tells you how to pay with credit card (he will tell you use Paxum)

I was thinking about using skial middleman with my credit card. Then i realised i'll probably spend twice the amount by moving money around than the actual product ._.

If you send money from PayPal to your bank account then that is free. If you send money from your bank account to mtgox via Dwolla then there is only a little fee. Paying with mtgox has 0 fee. Now where do you spend twice as much money?

Yes Paxum is more expensive then Dwolla.
