No but nigger is. Typically people would use another letter to get away with saying nigger. Which is banable. And it blows my mind that he is actually getting away with using that name from what i have seen admins ban people for i thought they would have a field day with this one.

Assume he's referring to the word "nigger," and ban them for a day. Unless they've gotten a ban for racism before, then I would extend the ban.

..I had no idea people actually tried to go around the rule by changing certain letters. Pretty remarkable how much people care to break the rules, instead of just following them. That would be so much easier for them.
