I am not talking about trolling or asshole. Those people are ignored no matter what your status. I am talking of harrasment and abusing to the point of leaving the server due to embarrassment. Those guys need legitamte warnings from someone. I hate seeing that kind of crap on Skial.

Ok let me rephrase that. How about "warning" instead of "ban".
And I never said ban trash talkers. I said ban harrasers which was pretty harsh I must admit didn't think it through. Get your info straight before giving me a bad rep.

So far, it doesn't really seem as though you have the right mindset to be an admin judging by your responses. As Pat stated, you have to act mature at all times. While Skial isn't averse to younger admins, they've all proven that they can keep a level head.

I suggest that you take some more time to familiarize yourself with what your role would be as an admin, and come back later. Best of luck in the future!

A admin has to be impartial, by stating that you want to bring people down a size shows that you don't have thick enough skin to keep yourself in check. You are gonna let many things go by that you think are wrong but if going by the rules are allowed. For not having any admins in the server, just send some of the admins a friend request I have never seen a admin turn one down and contact them when you see someone breaking rules, just make sure to grab evidence (i.e. screenshots, demos, or the chat log) and the situation will be dealt with.

Going along with this I've been an admin for about a month and have had a few people complain/ try to troll or harass because of status of being an admin and have kept a level head at all times. As well you have to deal with people calling you out on the forums, and when they do you have to provide your proof and backup your arguments, if you just kick/ban/mute them with no reason other then "trolling" or "harassment" you won't get much support. Also you will have to deal with mittens always dumbing your posts :D. Hi mittens!

This right here shows why you shouldn't get admin, quick to anger, when we are explaining why you shouldn't get it. These people are other admins that you will be working with and parts of the community that would be supporting you (yes were taking it from the context of a wall and/or a line of text).

Can you clarify this? What do you mean harassment and abusing?

If someone is being rude to someone else the best and smart thing to do is simply ignore them. Admin intervention between silly internet squabbles is not needed at all. Admins are only here to enforce the server rules.
