Detailed Explanation / Screenshots / Demos:
The player is Shenherm. When he first got on the server he was spamming advertisements for a tf2 hack in chat, but after a few minutes he was gagged. In the demo I attached it becomes obvious hes hacking in some way when hes defending stage 2 of dustbowl.
