Server has lost connection to item server

To whomever can help. us12.skial.com plr_hightower says it has lost connection to the item server. This has affected everybody that has joined not just myself. The other servers are fine, just us12 will only let us use stock weapons. If it is possible to restart the server that would be awesome, otherwise I guess we'll just wait until it restarts automatically just don't know what time that will be, it has been down for a few hours now. Thanks.

This doesn't happen very often and when it does the server should reconnect by itself. I found some empty servers and tried changing the map but it didn't work. I had to reboot the server.

If you see any other maps with this problem, let me know and I will try to reboot them.
 
It seems like that is the reason why many of our servers emptied out. It is a pity that Valve hasn't made the servers try to reconnect without a reboot.

Oh

This has happened to me like countless times over the last few weeks... I was under the impression that it fixes itself and nothing you can do, but I'll report them from now, because it really does happen in like every second day on the EU servers...
