I see 3 players with that same Milkman. If you didn't know it sucks. If you do know and won't admit its a duped hat that's bullshit trading.

By the way I have no issues with duped hats. Personally I wouldn't buy one but as long as its made clear during the sale its a duped hat then its up to the buyer to make a decision. Most unusual traders are ok with the dupe scene since most were duped by Valve for hijacked BP's. I'm not one to get into that hat history myself but some players if not most might not care.
