This is a very rare crate released last October in the Manniversary update and no longer drops. All of the weapons inside are strange and include the kritzkrieg, gunslinger and machina. Search for the prices of a strange kritzkrieg, gunslinger and machina on this website http://tf2spreadsheet.blogspot.co.uk/ and you'll see why this crate's worth what it is. Those strange weapons are some of the best and most expensive ones around.
You have around a 60% chance of unboxing something worth more than the crate itself. I just don't have the balls to grab a key and do it myself.
