Just noticed a few of the stranges and hats now. The backpack is decent, but the problem is that, basically, I'm buying it to resell/scrap everything. I'm keeping my offer at 5 until someone else offers anything.

Well, he has ~$35 worth of stuff in TF2, Half-Life as his only paid game, a year old account and ~400 hours on his profile. He's also asking for the buyer to go first. Those all raise multiple flags.
