Updated item list.
Hugh Janus, the effects on the remaining spells are these:
Die Job - Paints a hat with a yellow that changes from bright to dark, it's a normal paint but with a radiating effect basically.
Spectral Spectrum - Like the Die Job, but it's a Team Spirit paint with radiating effect, with reds or blues depending on team.
Sentry Quad-Pumpkins, Gourd Grenades and Squash Rockets - Switches the normal smoke/explosion effects on the sentry, grenades and rockets to new orange effects. This effect is actually really nice in my opinion.
Spy's Creepy Croon - Makes the spy's voice deeper and slower, more "creepy" sounding.
