Closed Selling a Strange Haunted Kriegsmaschine-9000

I've got a Strange Haunted Kriegsmaschine-9000 that I found a year or two ago, but I was quite new to the game so I didn't know what to do with it. After a bit of searching, some TF2 trading sites claim a Haunted Kriegsmaschine-9000 is worth 2 keys (e.g. Trade.TF's Spreadsheet), so what a Strange Haunted one is worth I have no idea. If anyone can tell me it's approx. value, that would be great, because I'm planning on trading it for whatever its value is in keys or ref.

Edit: Trade.TF says 7.00-7.33 ref, it's Backpack.tf that says 2 keys.
Edit 2: After double-checking, the item isn't tradable :/
