I have a clean white painted Physician's Procedure Mask, selling it for 5 refined or swapping it for a black one one on one, or a balaclavas one + 1 refined, or a VoT one + 1.66 or an unpainted one + 3.33 refined.
Can be uncraftable, I don't really mind.

Selling it for 5 refined only, got a black one now.
