The silver account has deranked due to inactivity, It has a very small champion pool and a few skins (3-4/5, which some of them are more "special" : Mistletoe Leblanc, and I can't really remember the other one)
The gold account also deranked due to inactivity, but it has a HUGE mmr, got it to gold 4 after provisionals, and ranked up to Gold 2 in just a few matches (6 matches), so yes, if you want to rank it, you'll get to Gold 1 in no time.
The gold one, has a lot of jungling/mid champions and also a few skins. - Champions: Ahri, Evelynn, Fizz, Katarina, Kha'zix, Leblanc, Lee sin, Master Yi, Nidalee, Nocturne, Pantheon, Riven, Vi, Tristana, Vayne, Yasuo, Zed, Blitzcrank, Elise, Gragas, Jayce, Ryze, Thresh, Lissandra, Orianna, Twisted fate, Leona, Wu kong, Lucian.
