Screencap Chatlogs and temporary evidence

This is mostly for admins and i have seen few admins do this but I believe it would be smart to screencap the hlxstats when banning a person for over 10 days because if they file an appeal after 10 days the hlxstat link will no longer show evidence.

We always do it for scam reports. Most things that we ban for on chat are for a day or at most a week, so it doesn't really matter.
