Scramble is broken 2F/Turbine

Scramble is working against the servers.
On 2Fort, almost all scramble votes seem to pass, even if the majority of votes are against - leading to exodus. Conversely, Turbine scramble votes never pass and that's where they need to work - given the team stacking/spawn camping, which kills the server daily. Just my two bits.

Apologies if this has been brought up before, search resulted in nothing.

This sounds anecdotal. They are both using the exact same voting config and plugin.

Those are setting issues, not situations where voting stops working entirely. I think the issue will be fixed but will require a full reboot. But a full reboot will kill the server so we will have to wait for most servers to reboot. Unless it is happening all the time.

I think I might have found out why this is happening. The latest tf2 update silently broke sourcemod which makes it randomly corrupt memory. I have released a fix but unfortunately it takes a full reboot which will probably kill the server.
