Reason:
The accused is an impersonator of the victim.

Everything on the the accused's profile is almost a direct copy and paste.

However, he claims he is a "Steam Rep Page Tier IV donator" although he is not. The victim that he copied and pasted the info off of is actually a donator.​

Yes, he was trying to scam someone.

Although I do not have my own evidence (as I was immediately kicked from the group chat where he had a Vintage Cobra impersonator), here are two pending reports against him on SteamRep for reference:
