From what I can understand, this wanker has already managed to scam several users out of CSGO/DOTA2 items via Middleman Injection Scams. He has already posed the other victims mentioned here and is trying to pass of as me. I have no idea if he'll succeed or not.

Ban for Multiple Middleman Impersonations.
