hi I was playing on the 2fort map today when a man by the name of Father Christmas said he wanted my ellis cap and said if i traded him he would stop me from being gagged i traded it for a pocket medic when the trade ended he did votmenu then voted to mute and gag me

Without any sort of evidence of the agreement made between the two of you, I can't take any action on the guy.

Do you know if this was said to you in the server chat, or was this in a private trade chat window? If it was in the server chat, we can try to look through the logs and find him that way, but otherwise, I can't prove anything and can't tag him.
