Why should you be unbanned?:
Had completely forgotten about this until just now. Anyways, when I was on one of the trade servers, I decided to hold a raffle, accepting pure metal and letting people reserve multiple slots. This kid gives me 6 refined, and when I draw the name out, he doesn't win. Yes, I did, at one point, try to up the number of slots in the raffle but thought about it and realized it was unfair so I ended up not doing it. The kid loses the raffle, and in turn decides to make a post on here calling me a scammer, when I've doen nothing wrong. Since then, I've been autobanned from most trade servers. my little brother's account was flagged as a scammer as well, and I'm unable to use Dota2Lounge.com, all because of some bitchy little kid. I would like to appeal my scammer tag, if at all possible, so I cna return to these sites.​

I appealed once before, but I don't believe it was in the right section. I just remembered the tag because I logged into Dota2Lounge and was instantly kicked off. I feel like I should be unbanned because I did nothing wrong. Sure, I did mention I was going to up the number of slots, but I didn't actually think that through and someone told me it would be unfair, so I scrapped the idea. All I did was hold a normal raffle on a trade server, where raffling IS allowed, and some kid felt entitled to report me as a scammer after he lost, even though I demonstrated teh program I used to draw the numbers AND gave away the item, even though I didn't know them. It was because of this post that I am unable to enjoy trading and betting and am now having to give away my hard earned items away, all because of some little kid, and some very loose ruling. I want to be untagged simply so I can go back to trading and doing things that I enjoy.

And that's what I'm confused about. This still goes on to this day. On Dota2Lounge, among other things, certain items don't show up in my inventory, despite being tradable and marketable. I'm aware that this sounds like a load of bullshit coming from someone marked as a scammer, but I tried to trade a game from my inventory yesterday on D2L, a third party site that allows you to check your inventory as opposed to using steam's inventory system, and the game, Thief, didn't show up on D2L. However, I went into my inventory and since I hadn't traded it, it was still in my inventory, marked as tradable, since I bought it months ago. This happens to me frequently on third party sites it would seem, and as sketchy as it sounds, this is pretty much the sole reason I was marked in the first place. If you check my trade history, I did end up trading the items, and the site that was used to check my BP simply fucked up, because I had multiple pages of items, and at the time, I didn't even own the engineer mask depicted. Notice how my inventory says I have nearly 200 items, and only 3 appear. Also, notice the highlighted scrap metal in the screenshot that says that it is tradable, even more proof that the steam inventory system was screwy at the time. I don't know how else to prove this to you, but because of this fiasco, both me and my 13 year old brother have been marked, even though he wasn't involved in any way with this situation.
 
Unless you can actually prove to me that what you're saying isn't total bullshit, keeping in mind that the evidence is from 1.5 YEARS ago, appeal declined.

In other words, unless you can prove that you are 100% innocent, appeal declines.

Thanks ,you two. Anyways, I can't think of any more evidence to bring up, I feel like that's enough to prove myself innocence
