Why should you be unbanned?:

One day, I received a mail from Steam. It was about my steam account.

I tried to log in my steam account, but it is hijacked.

Seems that darn hacker did some bad things when I can't access to my account. Can you guys save me?

PS: Hacker changed my nickname 'Knifer' While he was on my account.
PPS: I am Korean, so ignore some Korean letters on image.
