What it does is load your previously selected loadout for your classes when the item servers are down. Unless you wanna play vanilla when the server is down, it does not save your hats and miscs however.

Probably won't, it could give you your stranges, but it most likely won't count kills.

It doesn't count your strange weapons at all, it just gives you direct unique copies of your weapons.

Plugin is likely to break or have problems in the future. I don't think item server down is very common anymore so the cons outweighs the pros.

I agree, the item servers don't go down that often and when they do a restart of the game is usually all that is required to fix it. Also, giving weapons in TF2 doesn't always work very well and tends to be pretty glitchy. Anyone else who has experience with this that can confirm?
