Salvaged Crate #40 Price Estimation

What should I do with it?

I got the Crate#40 couple of days ago too, for now I am keeping it till it stops dropping, so then I can sell it for more keys.
 
It doesn't really matter what you do with it, it'll never worth much more than now or anywhere near as much as #30, since there are no good items in it. Even the Huntsman has a Festive version for much cheaper.

The percentage of profit doesn't really matter, if you only have 20% to get 10x your money wouldn't bet on it?

Well, I had the same thinking as you, and I went with what Rvsz had to say. Honestly it will never go up to the price that #30 was. #40 has been dropping way too much for people.

I unboxed mine, got a strange sapper, the only good thing to hold onto. I have a feeling valve is going to fuck me over, look at what they did to the strange huntsmans
