Player called a vote slay on themselves, can be seen in Skial Stats chat at around 1:36 PM CST.
I also have a couple demos of them micspamming I can provide if needed, there have been several vote attempts to mute them but they keep failing. They have an extensive history of being muted for micspam.
Edit: we finally got him vote muted but an extended punishment would be good.
